Pay rate: £140–£240 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers (All Subjects) to work in supportive schools across Dudley. As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism, support students of all abilities, and maintain a positive and structured learning environment. The successful candidate will be confident, organised, and able to adapt quickly to different school settings.
Prime Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area
* Support students’ learning both individually and in groups
* Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs and abilities
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support learning outcomes
* Contribute to the wider school environment where required
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching within secondary education in school setting
* Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to different school environments
* An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years (with any gaps explained)
* An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply
