Your role will involve: Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities and preparation Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive routines Encouraging pupils’ independence, confidence, and social development Working closely with the SEN team to deliver targeted support What we’re looking for: A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience supporting children in mainstream or SEND settings (desirable) A calm, patient approach with excellent communication skills The ability to work well as part of a supportive team Flexibility and enthusiasm to get involved in all aspects of school life Why join Protocol Education?
