Swim Instructor

Part Time 3.5 hours, Contracted
We are currently recruiting qualified swimming instructors that are looking for weekend and casual work. This opportunity is also open to SEQ Level 2 or equivalent qualified swimming instructors that are interested in upskilling to a bubbles and splash instructor.
Primary Objectives For The Instructor Will Be
To deliver engaging lessons aiming to build confidence and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
To instruct participants in the core elements of physical literacy following the Swim Wales "Learn to Swim" programme.
To be confident working with others in a fast paced environment.
The Person
You must have at least 1 year of experience teaching lessons as a Level 2 instructor.
You will ideally possess an NPLQ or NRASTC (this can be completed at a later date) in order to lifeguard your lessons.
Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Must be able to confidently communicate with customers and adapt to their needs.
