Our Client is looking for a motivated Payroll Administrator to join their team. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to develop skills in payroll, HR administration and pensions processing within a supportive and fast‑paced environment.
Your new role
You’ll provide reliable, efficient and accurate administrative support across payroll, pensions and HR processes. Working to clear procedures and deadlines, you’ll handle tasks such as:
- Setting up new starters and processing changes to contracts
- Calculating payroll figures and handling routine pay queries
- Updating personnel and pension records
- Preparing standard correspondence
- Managing DBS applications
- Providing clear, customer focused guidance
This is a role that requires concentration, accuracy and a strong focus on delivering a consistent, high-quality service.

You’ll bring a customer‑focused approach, strong organisational skills and confidence working with data and routine processes.fortable supporting staff with sensitive payroll matters, you’ll handle every situation with professionalism, tact and clearmunication. To succeed in this role, you’ll need solid numeracy and accuracy for financial calculations, strong written and verbalmunication, and the analytical ability to solve problems effectively. You’ll be confident responding to queries and working with customers, adaptable to change and quick to learn new systems. Effective time management and prioritisation under pressure are essential, along with strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
