On Site Services Operator - Macclesfield, SK10 2NA

As an On Site Services Operative with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
* Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
* To work with and enhance service provided by Sodexo, remote on site staff and to take on an active role in the delivery and stock control of sterile and non sterile garments to buildings on site.
* Be a channel of communication between the staff/customers and suppliers, to improve and stabilise existing contracts and identify commercial opportunities which may exist within these accounts.
* Work flexibly within the team and support/cover annual leave and sickness as required.
* Follow and monitor processes to ensure the customers receive the highest level of customer service, both in the speed of response and also the manner of communication.
* Be consistent with our Sodexo service message to customers and take every opportunity to add value and continuously improve the customer’s experience.

* Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
