This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic community setting, supporting individuals with a range of mental health needs. The role is available on a locum basis with an immediate start and offers competitive rates. What will your responsibilities be? As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs, providing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, liaise with families and carers, and contribute to risk assessments and safeguarding procedures. The role also involves crisis management, medication administration, and supporting recovery-focused care in the community.
