In house therapies are offered throughout the week, from massage and physiotherapy to speech & language therapy. There are also visits from dietcians and experts on epilepsy management. Residents are welcome to visit the local day centres where they have access to a wealth of resources such as physiotherapy, hyrdotherapy and arts and crafts. Cedars House has teo adapted buses that are on hand to take residents to the local area. Personal Characteristics: Diploma in Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards one. Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues. The ability to keep calm under pressure.
