We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Outreach Worker to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support individuals in the community who may be socially isolated or face barriers to accessing services. It also allows loved ones some respite — and to hopefully help them transition into our welcoming, centre-based day services.
You'll start by building relationships through Outreach work: supporting service users and carers offering tailored support. Over time, you'll become a key part of our integrated day service provision, helping individuals feel safe, valued, and connected within our centre.

SVQ3 is Preferable
SVQ 2 QUALIFICATION ACCEPTED
Being a Driver and Car Owner ESSENTIAL
