Role: Customer Services Advisor / Administrator Location : Guiseley, LS20 Salary : £24,000 - £29,000 pa - depending on experience Hours : Monday - Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm Hybrid Working : 2 days per week from home (after probation) About Our Client: Our client a dynamic, rapidly expanding company in Guiseley, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join their Change of Tenacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a forward-thinking business and play a pivotal role in their internal growth. The Role: The Change of Tenancy process is crucial for ensuring seamless transitions when tenants move in or out of a property. In this role as a Customer Services Advisor / Administrator, you’ll manage tenancy changes from beginning to end, collaborating closely with internal teams. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our business customers by helping them stay on top of their energy accounts, all while delivering exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a high standard of customer service, fostering trust and understanding during tenancy transitions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems, ensuring consistency and data integrity across all accounts. Conduct proactive outreach to customers, gathering required documentation and performing due diligence to progress COTs efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - to identify opportunities, support broker relationships, and reduce COT-related debt. Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and industry regulations in a fast-evolving energy sector. Manage Change of Tenancy requests from initiation to completion, ensuring they are logged, validated, and processed within SLA timeframes. Provide clear, timely, and helpful responses to customer enquiries regarding tenancy changes. Work closely with Legal and Collections teams to handle tenancy changes involving legal complexities or outstanding account balances. Accurately oversee account closures and set up new accounts with strong attention to detail. Support broader team objectives by contributing to ad-hoc projects and departmental initiatives as needed. Skills required: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential Excellent IT Skills Data and analytical skills Ability to work on own and also as a team player Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, to ensure client satisfaction. Self-motivated and focused. Meet expectations and standards of quality. Able to resolve queries. Taking a proactive approach to objectives, with personal drive and initiative. Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to highlight priorities Some relevant energy experience an advantage but is not essential Why Work for Our Client?
