We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Social Media & Event Support Assistant to help drive engagement, manage customer interactions, and support event operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling social media DMs, comments, and community engagement, researching influencers, and creating engaging content. You’ll assist with social media trends, market research, and performance tracking to enhance our digital presence. Beyond social media, you’ll play a key role in event coordination, supporting exhibitor and supplier management, ensuring smooth event-day operations, and responding to customer queries.
