Responsibilities
Day to day you'll be:
* Answering your colleagues queries on all things people development
* Signposting to relevant training & initiatives to support colleagues' development
* Liaising with training providers
* Processing staff development requests
* Working within our financial processes to make bookings & payments
* Logging completed training on our systems
* Supporting with training event logistics
Skills and Experience
With experience in administration, an ability to work in a fast paced environment, and have competing priorities, you'll fit into our small but impactful team. You'll be accurate and efficient in your work, and will contribute to a solution focused team.
Being proficient in Microsoft Office along with other systems which support our people development will be key to your success.
