My client, an NHS organisation based in SE England, is currently recruiting for a Band 6 People Advisor for an initial 3‑month fixed‑term period until the end of March 2026. The role is offered on a full‑time basis with agile, hybrid working across two sites, once per week. The successful candidate will have NHS HR experience specifically across HR advisory work, TUPE, change‑management experience and experience of using ESR systems.
Key Skills/Experience
* NHS HR experience across HR advisory, TUPE and change‑management
* The ability to advise and provide administrative support for change and consultation programmes.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law, legislative changes and organisational policies and procedures
* Ability to manage HR queries/casework across Teams and email
* Knowledge of employment contracts, NHS policy/terms and conditions.
* Excellent Microsoft Office, ESR system and IT skills
* CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
