Develop and deliver a roadmap for the technology area that meets business requirements in line with the technology strategy. Establish and prioritize requirements in partnership with the business, contributing to budget forecasting and management. Explain the benefits and trade-offs of technology choices confidently while understanding the broader technology landscape. Collaborate with other leads and stakeholders to integrate roadmaps and simplify workflows across the organization. Balance buy, build, and integration approaches to maximize investment value and minimize inefficiencies. Ensure solutions are governed, supportable, and fully costed according to defined processes. Lead the design and delivery of projects within their area, managing project delivery on time and within budget. Oversee systems engineers and business analysts related to their area, fostering an inclusive and diverse team environment. Collaborate with agile delivery teams to meet deadlines for internal products. Ensure sound financial planning and forecasting within their area. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring best value from contracts with vendors.
