The role of the Estimator Landscaping & Civil Services will involve:
1. Estimating role dealing with a range of hard landscaping projects for the commercial sectors
2. Interpreting client requirements, specifications and scope of works
3. Manage the full tender life-cycle from start to finish
4. Populating tender documents and producing quotations
5. Hand over quotations to Operations team to follow up
6. Manipulating data from pricing schedules on Excel
7. Obtaining price lists from suppliers where required
8. Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
9. Typical project value ranges from £1m - £10m
