1. Lead, coach and develop the Reefer Customer Care team to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong customer relationships.
2. Coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource planning, training, and coverage for absences.
3. Foster strong collaboration with Shared Service Centres, Operational Care Centres, Branch Management, and Sales
4. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service, problem solving, and continuous improvement, supported by NPS measurement.
5. Manage team performance, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development.
6. Oversee compliance with all contracts, SOPs, Quality Management Systems, QSHE standards, and GXP/GDP requirements
7. Support onboarding and retention of customers, including direct visits and cross-functional collaboration.
