About the Role This is an immediate-start opportunity on a flagship healthcare build. As Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Contracts Manager and leadership team to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. Your Responsibilities: Take full ownership of project execution, managing progress from start to handover Lead day-to-day operations across the construction site Set and track milestones, ensuring compliance with project programme and quality standards Oversee site staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination and productivity Proactively resolve any site or client issues in collaboration with senior management Drive continuous improvement across site processes, safety, and quality Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements Represent the company in client meetings and act as liaison between project stakeholders What You Need to Succeed: 7 years’ experience managing large construction projects with a main contractor Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Proven experience delivering medical/healthcare or similar complex projects Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with construction planning processes Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of Irish building regulations and construction standards A collaborative mindset and strong leadership capability What’s on Offer Salary : €100,000 (DOE) Benefits : Company vehicle, fuel card, toll card, bonus, and pension Stability : Long-term project in the Longford region, with the backing of an established contractor Career Progression : Work with a high-performance team on a prominent public-sector build How to Apply Ready for your next challenge?
