Manpower is currently seeking a Part-Time Focus Technician, to work for our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Seacroft, Leeds. This is a permanent role, requiring 15 hours, 2 Days per week, Thursday and Friday, 7am - 3pm) OR could possibly be 18.75 hrs 2.5 days per week, Wednesday (half day), Thursday, Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £32,435 - £40,555 FTE, plus there is a flexible allowance of 10%, depending upon experience. Role Overview The Line Focused Technician owns the PM and Tags Management processes for the line. They are responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses. They are responsible for building technical capability in operators. Structure Reporting to the Cell leader, working closely with the Cell team and the operators and shift craft assigned to the cell. Process / Tool Ownership and Responsibilities: Owns the PM process for the line. This includes deployment, execution, reporting the KPI for meetings and continuous improvement of the process and standards. Owns the PM standards, incl. technical documentation.
