I am looking for a Planned Works Surveyor to join a well-respected housing association based in the South West. The Planned Works Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out surveys on kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and FRA'S. This is a rolling temporary contract.
Planned Works Surveyor duties:
1. Assist with the supervision of planned/cyclical housing maintenance contracts, in order to maintain decent homes standards
2. Carry out surveys in properties looking at kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows and FRA'S.
3. Foster and maintain a collaborative working environment
What is needed to be successful in being a Planned Works Surveyor:
4. Experience delivering planned maintenance surveys such as kitchens and bathrooms
5. Social Housing experience
6. Experience in a similar position
