Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise for water supply system products, including detailed support and specification documents.
* Manage sales targets and develop strategies to expand product ranges and market presence.
* Deliver effective technical support to customers, specifiers, and internal teams on product selection and applications.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditations, and approvals through collaboration with sourcing and supply partners.
* Maintain and develop technical product information, documentation, and sales support tools.
* Support marketing by creating technical content and approving product-related materials.
* Deliver internal and external training, including certification for press-fit systems, to enhance knowledge and confidence.
* Advise on installation practices, including fixings, supports, and site testing of anchors.
* Assist the Specification Director with CPDs, client presentations, and securing key specifications.
* Investigate, test, and resolve product-related issues in collaboration with customers and manufacturers.
The Person
* Strong knowledge of mechanical/plumbing products, systems, and materials.
* Experience within the building services industry, particularly technical, specification, and application areas.
* Ability to interpret and work with system design drawings.
* Commercial awareness of market requirements and customer needs.
* Effective presentation and sales skills, with the ability to guide product/system selection.
* Proficiency in managing electronic documentation.
* Willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
