This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team. This role will work closely with the Lead PEF, Head of Department and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education and development for clinical staff and students. The post-holder is expected to motivate staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model.
You should be a Registered Nurse / Midwife educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have or working toward a post graduate qualification. In addition you should also have or be working toward a certificate in teaching and learning, this is not an essential requirement. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent levels of communication. Good communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this post.
Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours if applicable.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
