THE ROLE
The finance team is seeking an associate with the ability to handle fund finance matters likely to include hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities - ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers, with experience from an international or leading regional law firm.
You will have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and the ability to lead deals in a friendly, collegiate environment

With excellent academics and ideally 3PQE plus, you'll have a strong client focus and a willingness to become actively involved in marketing and business development, be commercially driven and able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
