Role Overview:
RWL, a dynamic and fast-growing fitness app, is looking for a passionate Technical Digital Marketer to help drive our mission of empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing the app's user base by optimising digital funnels, managing impactful campaigns, and exploring new platforms. You’ll also leverage innovative AI tools to refine strategies and deliver measurable results, all while embodying our commitment to fitness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing & Automation
Plan, implement, and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture app users and leads.
Use ActiveCampaign to create personalised workflows that increase engagement and retention.
ManyChat Automation
Plan, implement, and optimise our Social > ManyChat > Conversion funnels. Generate leads and sales using this powerful tool.
Website Optimisation (WebFlow)
Using WebFlow to create/edit and update RWL's website and landing pages for optimised conversion rates.
Sales Funnel Management
Develop and enhance sales funnels tailored to the fitness and wellness audience.
Use A/B testing and data insights to maximise conversions at every stage of the user journey.
AI-Driven Marketing
Utilise AI technologies for advanced audience targeting, behavioural analysis, and personalisation.
Develop AI-driven chatbots and automated solutions to guide potential users through their fitness journeys.
Harness predictive analytics to fine-tune marketing efforts based on trends and insights.
Performance Analytics and Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics, from campaign ROI to app usage data, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Use tools such as Google Analytics to measure success and refine strategies.
Collaboration Across Teams
Work closely with content creators and designers to ensure all campaigns align with the RWL brand ethos and deliver value to our community.
Ideal Candidate:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or funnel optimisation, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sector.
Skilled in marketing platforms e.g. Webflow, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, Zapier, Chat GPT, and content management systems.
Familiar with the technical setup for social media channels with the ability to adapt marketing strategies to suit these platforms.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance user engagement.
Analytical thinker, confident in interpreting data and translating it into actionable plans.
Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with a strong understanding of how to inspire and motivate others.
Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Salary Range: £24000–£28000 per annum depending on experience
