The Role SENCo
* The SENCo will lead on SEND provision across the school, ensuring excellent outcomes for students with additional needs
* As SENCo, you will oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and tailored support plans
* The SENCo will work closely with teaching staff to embed inclusive classroom practice
* Liaise with external professionals to secure the right support and interventions
* The SENCo will champion high expectations and ensure students are supported to achieve ambitious destinations
* Use data and pastoral insight to monitor progress and remove barriers to learning
