We are seeking an experienced Midwife to join our Parent Education Team at Royal London Hospital. This role involves delivering high-quality, interactive antenatal classes and workshops during daytime, evening, and weekends, aimed at providing evidence-based information to expectant parents and their birth partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate antenatal classes that empower parents with knowledge and confidence.
2. Support women requesting homebirth or caseload care, providing continuity from booking through postpartum.
3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in on-call rotations.
4. Supervise healthcare support workers, student midwives, and junior staff.

Support and Development
You will be supported by the Parent Education Lead Midwife, Matron, and the multidisciplinary team, along with access to professional development through Restorative Clinical Supervision and other support mechanisms.
