We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team in a part-time role (18 hours per week). This position provides essential administrative and record-keeping support to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate documentation across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update internal records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Process, track, and reconcile organizational data, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and consistent.

· Prepare, review, and distribute routine reports, statements, and correspondence as required.

· Assist with monitoring expenditures, budgets, and resource allocation to support effective decision-making.

· Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

· Support management with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

· Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Prior experience in administrative or record-keeping roles is desirable.

· A high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
