Role: Commercial and Subcontract Senior Analyst
Summary of Role: Working under general direction, manages low value routine contracts and subcontracts. Supports Commercial/Subcontract Managers in managing high value/complex contracts and responding to requests for proposals.
Main Duties:
1. Support Subcontract Managers in preparing and assessing Requests for Proposal and negotiating agreements and changes.
2. Place and maintain low value Purchase Orders.
3. Administer standard due diligence activities.
4. Create and maintain compliance matrices.
5. Manage and measure supplier delivery performance.
6. Administer acceptance and receipt of goods and services.
7. Maintain records.
8. Attend customer, supplier, and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Manager.
9. Support Commercial Managers in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiating agreements and changes.
10. Manage low value Contracts.
11. Administer standard due diligence activities.
12. Create and maintain compliance matrices.
13. Measure Contract performance.
14. Administer delivery, acceptance, and invoicing of goods and services.
15. Maintain records.
16. Attend customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
* Good general office skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible and positive attitude.
* Experience in Contract Management and delivery/acceptance/invoicing processes.
* Basic understanding of logistics.
* Basic knowledge of standard agreement types.
* Experience with MRP, purchase order placement, and material receipt processes.
* Basic understanding of supplier evaluation and selection.
* Experience in negotiation.
* Experience in financial management.
* Basic knowledge of program management, including risk management.
