Description of Role
* Key technical resource customers.
* Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments and providing expert guidance.

* Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

Required Skills & Capabilities
* M365 productivity apps including:
* Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 Copilot
* Additional desired skills:
* Experience with M365 back-up and recovery
Technical Experience
* Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.
* Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.
Role Requirements
* Fluent English oral and written communication.
* Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.
* Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.
* The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
