We are looking for: A customer service professional to join our Composite Materials GBU, managing a defined portfolio of customers across commercial and supply chain functions. Key responsibilities: Manage customer orders from entry to invoice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics, and quality Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts Handle customer portals including order uploads, KPI responses, and documentation Support complaint, rebate, and deduction processes in close collaboration with relevant teams Ensure export compliance and documentation are complete and accurate Monitor and improve customer KPIs through data-based decisions and proactive issue resolution You will bring: At least 3 years' experience in customer service or order management within a manufacturing environment Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for order entry, pricing, data management, and handling customer portals Strong knowledge of export compliance, documentation, pricing, invoicing, complaint resolution, and deduction processes Experienced in managing complex orders, tracking/reporting KPIs, and understanding units of measure, conversion rates, and shipping documentation Fluent in English (spoken and written) and in one additional language: French, Spanish, or German You will get: Competitive salary Health insurance Life insurance 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave Free language courses (24 languages available) Additional local benefits Additional information: Location: Wrexham UK Remote working: After completion of 6 months probation, up to a maximum of 2 days home base per week About us Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
