Randomisation and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) Optimisation Lead
As the Randomisation and Trial Supply Management Optimisation Lead, you will lead optimisation of randomisation and trial supply management (RTSM) across clinical studies. You will work with forecasting, clinical operations, suppliers and technology teams to turn forecasts into robust resupply plans. We value practical problem solving, strong data skills, clear communication and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities

* Develop best practices and guidance for advanced study designs within the RTSM group, and build standards across the RTSM group.
* Optimise existing processes across the RTSM service to glean highest and best efficiencies in the department while maintaining a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with our partners in advanced forecast modelling to develop best practices in demand and supply planning for RTSM.
* Develop study specific supply strategies with the RAMOS PM group to eliminate stockouts, minimise waste and reduce shipments.
* Independently assess suitability, configure and maintain complex RTSM study designs.
* Proactively identify and communicate issues as well as provide proposed solutions.
* Accountable for identifying, owning, and implementing process improvements (i.e., SOPs) and training needs & gaps.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, technical or related discipline + Substantial experience in RTSM.
* Practical knowledge and experience of clinical trial forecasting and resupply concepts.
* Experience working with APIs or integrating systems, and producing clear requirement specifications.
* Experience with third-party RTSM or clinical supply planning vendors.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Experience writing SQL queries and working with operational study data.
* Experience with portfolio planning or clinical supply planning tools.
* Familiarity with helpdesk or ticket management systems.
* Knowledge of data engineering approaches and data modelling.
* Awareness of regulatory expectations for clinical systems and data integrity.
* Active involvement in industry groups or initiatives related to RTSM.
