Monday–Friday day shift (5:30am–2:30pm) Overtime opportunities available Pension (3% employer / 5% employee) 20 days holiday Bank Holidays 2x life assurance Ongoing training and development Opportunities to get involved in engineering projects and site improvements Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive maintenance to minimise downtime Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Diagnose and repair faults on PLCs, sensors, control panels, and motors Support production teams with machinery setups and adjustments Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and mechanical systems Assist with new machinery installations and continuous improvement projects About You Level 3 NVQ / BTEC / Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Electrical maintenance experience within manufacturing or production environments Strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery Experience working with PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control systems 18th Edition qualification (desirable) Full Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available) If you’re an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, long-term role with a forward-thinking manufacturer that invests in both its people and technology, apply today.
