Detailed Responsibilities
* Communication Hub: Being the first line of response for telephone queries and filtering calls appropriately to minimize disruption to teaching staff.
* Record Keeping: Ensuring student medical records and emergency contact information are up to date and managed in strict accordance with GDPR.
* Mail & Deliveries: Managing incoming and outgoing post and receiving deliveries, ensuring they are securely stored and distributed to the correct departments.
* Welfare Support: Acting as a Qualified First Aider (training provided) to support students who feel unwell during the school day.
