Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to the operations team and broader business. This position involves order processing, record keeping, scheduling, data management and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintaining financial and employee records
Co-ordinate meetings and projects
Communicate with key clients and suppliers
Able to raise requisitions and invoices using Xero and Excel
Experience
Able to work in a fast paced environment, part-time hours 9am-3pm Monday to Friday to support the business and international clients
Must be numerate with good Excel skills which is essential for this role as customer details are held on Excel. You will also ideally have basic knowledge of Xero or similar
Admin background essential
Strong organisational skills
Experience of multi tasking
Good communication skills both written and verbally
