What you’ll do:
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service every time.
* Manage stock, suppliers, and ordering to maintain quality while controlling costs.
* Use KPIs, sales data, and guest feedback to drive performance and improvements.
* Work closely with senior management on new ideas, events, and guest experiences.
