Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Tewkesbury – Full time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £32,760 + overtime
As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll be part of a skilled and dedicated team responsible for maintaining and repairing military vehicles and electrical equipment. Your work will directly support the UK’s defence capability—making this a career with real purpose and impact
What you’ll be doing - Vehicle Mechanic
* Servicing, repairing, and overhauling military vehicles and electrical systems
* Diagnosing, inspecting, and assessing vehicles and associated equipment
* Creating job cards and requesting materials using ERP (SAP) systems
* Completing documentation and test certificates to current standards
* Ensuring correct use of stores and returning unused or faulty items
Your skills and experiences - Vehicle Mechanic
* NVQ Level 3 in Service and Repair
* Preferred: Ex-REME Class 1 Vehicle Mechanic with current competencies (not essential)
