About Our Client

Job Description

3. Act as first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system and walk-ups
4. Resolve common hardware, software and access issues at first-line level
5. Log, update and manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
6. Provide clear guidance to users on Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and workplace tools
7. Support device setup, onboarding and offboarding for new starters and leavers
8. Assist with basic user access requests, password resets and MFA queries
9. Escalate complex issues to second-line teams with clear documentation
10. Support asset tracking, equipment setup and basic AV/meeting room technology
11. Follow IT processes, security standards and documentation procedures

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Desk Analyst should have:

12. Experience in a junior IT support or Service Desk role preferred
13. Strong customer service skills and a helpful, approachable manner
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
15. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as FreshDesk or ServiceNow
16. Basic understanding of devices, applications and user access support
17. Ability to follow processes and document issues clearly
18. Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tickets effectively
19. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a busy support environment
