Commissioning Manager - Learning Disability (LD) residential services Salary: Up to £60,000 + Performance-Related Bonus Contract: Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (with flexibility to travel across the North West of England) Are you an experienced leader with a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people with learning disabilities? We are looking for a Commissioning Manager to join our senior leadership team, leading on the quality, growth, and development of our Learning Disability (LD) residential services across the North West, including the opening of new children’s LD residential homes. The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for the following: * To source suitable properties across the North West in order to register the properties as new children’s LD homes. * To register the home and ensure that this meets all Ofsted regulatory requirements * To recruit a team of staff with the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the children * To appoint and mentor a manager for the first home to allow the commissioning manager to move onto open the next home. * Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practices across all services. * To undertake regular audits of the quality of care in all homes once the division is up and running * To develop effective systems and processes to measure the quality of care and outco...
