As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Measham you'll be responsible for:
* To lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to deliver a great service to our customers, and to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators set
* To lead the team to ensure processes and activities are completed in a timely and organised manner
* To promote a can-do attitude to the team
* To coach and carryout on the job training for warehouse operatives
* To carryout effective measurement of team performance
* To conduct regular and effective team meetings/briefings
* To lead all aspects of people management relating to your team e.g. holiday approvals, absence management, performance management, quarterly reviews, training completion etc
* To ensure attendance management procedures are consistently applied
* To ensure the team comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and standards at all times
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and promote the 6S ethos
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 02:00

* Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a high service focussed warehouse environment
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong computer/tablet skills
* Experience of handling disciplinary processes and procedures
