With a strong pipeline of upcoming local work, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team. Whats in it for you? This is a hands-on, senior role where you'll be trusted to run projects end-to-end - managing programmes, budgets, teams and client relationships, while ensuring quality, safety and compliance are never compromised. As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will: Manage mechanical contracts from tender award to completion and handover Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and design teams Build strong working relationships with site teams, end users and maintenance teams Ensure works are delivered in line with contract terms, drawings, specifications and legislation Take full responsibility for health & safety compliance, reporting and site standards Review drawings and specifications to support accurate costing and delivery Lead site inductions, daily briefs and toolbox talks Prepare and issue technical submissions, RAMS and method statements Manage procurement of materials, plant, deliveries and hire Monitor programme and performance, chair / attend progress meetings and report to stakeholders Oversee commissioning and testing, ensuring full records for O&M manuals Coordinate production of as-built drawings, building logbooks and operational guides Work in line with company policies, maintaining a professional and organised site environment Support the wider business with any additional duties aligned to your skillset Essential: Trade or engineering background with minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical contracts / project management Strong experience in project planning, scheduling and budgeting HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Full details will be discussed upon application.
