Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the wider branch team to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Assess, recommend, and fit appropriate contact lenses based on individual patient needs
* Maintain high clinical and technical standards across all aspects of contact lens practice
* Provide thorough aftercare and ongoing support to ensure patient satisfaction and compliance
* Build strong relationships with patients, encouraging long-term loyalty and trust
* Participate in Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay current with industry developments
* Work flexibly across multiple branches, gaining varied clinical experience
