4. Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
5. Build and manage your own team, including:Paver DriversScrewmenRoller DriversRake HandsLabourers
6. Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
7. Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
8. Deliver projects on time, within specification, and to company quality standards
9. Liaise with site managers, clients, and colleagues as the main Lead Tarmac Supervisor
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tarmac Foreman should have:
10. SSSTS, Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
11. Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor
12. Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills
13. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team
14. Good communication and organisational skills
15. Proactive and safety-focused approach
16. Full UK driving licence (preferred)
