Are you looking to grow your career in sales with a company that values expertise, initiative, and collaboration? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our market-leading team, specialising in Compressed Air. As part of our field sales team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding our presence across the North West, and promoting our industry-leading portfolio of high-performance equipment.

1. Developing and managing customer relationships across the North West, supporting the Sales Manager and wider team in achieving growth targets.
2. Preparing detailed proposals and pricing strategies to win new business and support existing clients.
3. Leading product demonstrations, attending exhibitions, and supporting negotiations to successfully close deals.
4. Conducting on-site surveys and offering technical advice to prospective and current customers.
5. Championing excellent after-sales support, ensuring a high standard of customer care at every stage.
6. Managing and motivating a network of distributors within your territory.
7. Providing accurate and timely reporting on sales activity, pipeline, performance analysis, and market trends, including visit reports, lost order insights, and budget tracking.

8. Proven sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or technical products
9. Knowledge of the compressed air industry is a plus, but not a must
10. A technical qualification or background is beneficial, but again, not essential. If you have strong sales skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the product training
11. A full UK driving licence – this is a field-based role with regular travel across your territory
12. Strong IT skills and a willingness to get comfortable with new systems and CRM tools
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues
14. Great organisation and time management, with a proactive approach to planning your day and meeting targets
