We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join our high-performing Repairs Team based in Leabrooks. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented tradesperson to showcase their skills in a permanent role with a company committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will be part of a growing team, visiting customers’ homes to carry out bricklaying, plastering, tiling, concreting, and roof repairs, demonstrating your attention to detail and high standards.
Requirements for the role include:
1. Possession of a full clean driving licence.
2. Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bricklaying.
You will have access to a company van for visiting customer sites, fixing various issues, and taking pride in your work, knowing you make a real difference to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing bricklaying, concreting, roofing, and plaster patching work in domestic properties.
* Minimising disruption to customers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and Building Regulations.
* Maintaining effective communication with supervisory, administrative, and management staff regarding job progress and concerns.
* Attending pre-arranged responsive repair appointments or contacting customers to arrange access.

Your weekly hours will be 37, from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, paid monthly. You will also receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and additional holiday days at Christmas.
