What you’ll do as a Field Service First Line Manager You’ll be entrusted to: Lead and support colleagues to consistently meet and exceed performance targets Ensure operational procedures are followed and contract compliance is maintained Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, quality, and service-level performance Promote a positive team culture aligned to the Serco Leadership Standard Support the Area Manager and provide effective cover when required Does this sound like you?
