As we continue to expand, our Lining Division is looking for a detail-driven Remedial Analyst to join our central team and play a key role in helping clients achieve their AMP8 goals.

About the Role
Reporting to the Lining Assurance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for reviewing CCTV footage to assess pipe integrity, identify defects, and highlight where remedial work is required. Your work will directly support operational teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate data to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Review CCTV footage and assess pipe condition using internal databases
* Identify and escalate defects or remedial needs to relevant departments
* Prepare completed work packs and data reports
* Structure coding and reporting (desirable but not essential)
* Input and collate data accurately across systems
* Support planning teams where required
* Maintain clear, accurate records
* Use mapping systems such as GIS Redline, MAP 16, and Odyssey
* Apply understanding of no-dig remedial techniques (desirable)
* Work professionally with internal teams and clients when needed
What We're Looking For
* Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to collaborate effectively with site teams and management
* Reliable, adaptable, and professional
* Understanding of Street Works
* Experience with Wincan (desirable)
