What You'll Own
Lead, manage and develop a team of 6 Relationship Managers.
Use of a framework to measure and drive KPI's to set and review team objectives in line with ECM targets.
Use Salesforce MI to regularly review individual and team performance ensuring development plans are in place that maximise performance
Deliver effective coaching and development to ensure continuous improvements to performance
Create a positive working environment.
Ensure team compliance and adherence to group policy, FSA legislation and regulatory reading
Support with recruitment and training when required
Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement
Support customer visits and act as escalation point
