Job Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems
* Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system installations
* Accurately document service reports and communicate findings to customers
* Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
* 5+ years of HVAC service experience
* Valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record
* EPA Certification (Type II or Universal )
* Strong troubleshooting skills & attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
