You will be leading the Hillingdon Team. The role is not formally hybrid; however there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. This is a brand-new role on an exciting new IPS employment support contract with a charity that’s genuinely a great place to work. We’ve placed lots of people with them over the years who have gone on to develop, grow and build brilliant careers. You’ll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day.

* You are someone who cares about people, can train, develop and inspire a team while building positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
