We are currently seeking a Go to Market Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract to act as a key member of the Go to Market team.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate who wants to move into a career in sales in a global business or a passion for project management this is the role for you. This is also a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who wants to move into a role where they can learn while making a difference.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

* Commercial Cycle - Oversee administration of the Commercial Cycle – book meetings, update agendas, circulate actions, ownership of the GTM Actions Calendar
* SKU2M Submissions Communicating BIM Cycle dates, managing submission deadlines and inputting new SKU2M projects into the system each cycle
* Data – Upkeep of internal tool such as Factsheets, List Prices & Pipeline Trackers. Maintain accuracy of product data for Vantage websites and provide data to third parties
* Point of Sales - Management of weekly POS (Point of Sale) orders and stock reports and flag any issues to GTM and Paragon Warehouse teams
* Project Calls - Attend relevant UKI project calls to monitor progress of projects and update relevant stakeholders
* Commercial Hub - Upkeep of UKI Commercial Hub (folder storage & archiving, access for new team members/starters)

* The ability to engage with and work across cross functional teams at all levels of the business.
* Experience juggling multiple priorities while working with a wide variety of stakeholders
* High Level of attention to detail
* Exceptional Standards in Teams and Excel
* Comprehension of Data Systems
* Project Management mindset
* Passion to deliver results
