Pyramid Plus is a dynamic joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivering high‑quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. Our portfolio includes over 23 500 homes and we complete more than 38 000 repairs, 1 000 void refurbishments and 600 kitchen and bathroom installations annually. We are entering an exciting phase of growth, and this role offers the opportunity to be a key member of the senior management team, driving the successful delivery of our planning and customer service functions at the heart of our operations.
Voids Manager
Location: Ealing
Salary: £63 000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Full‑time – permanent (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
* Management of all aspects of operational and commercial delivery, overall contract performance in line with contractual commitments and agreed company & client protocols.
* Managing works to programme time frames, producing project.
* Ensure compliancy and adherence to health & safety regulations, Mears standard operating procedures, Mears values and quality assurance accreditations.
* Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitment to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities.
* End‑to‑end management of capital works and high‑risk properties across a range of occupied homes.
* Line management of supervisors, including performance reviews, one‑to‑ones, and daily briefings.
* Oversight of KPIs, reporting, and service delivery standards.
* Handling client queries and managing resident complaints effectively.
* Supporting and engaging operatives and branch teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing a voids contract within the social housing sector.
* Experience in budget management.
* Experience in performance reporting.
* Experience in people management.
* Ability to provide evidence of contract performance and efficiency.
* Workable technical knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance.
* Full valid driving licence.
