AA Euro Group are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical works on one of Europe`s largest nuclear facilities. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile project within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of heavy civils and reinforced concrete (RC) packages on a large-scale nuclear construction project.
* Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Ensure compliance with nuclear safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Manage multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and project teams.
* Provide technical leadership in heavy civils and RC structures, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Monitor project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
* Oversee financial performance, including budget control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
* Drive a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence on-site.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the heavy civils and reinforced concrete sector.
* Prior experience working on nuclear, power, or highly regulated infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and nuclear safety compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large project teams and subcontractors.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Relevant engineering or construction management degree (or equivalent qualification).
* Chartered status (ICE, CIOB, or similar) is advantageous.
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and nuclear security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
